Seneca County Juvenile and Probate Court

Effective December 1, 2020, an appointment is necessary to apply for a Marriage License. Applicants must call the Probate Court at 419-447-3121 between the hours of 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to schedule an appointment to obtain their Marriage License.

Effective January 1, 2023, the cost of a Marriage License is $70.00.
